Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Most orders are shipped the same business day. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard ground shipping typically delivers within 1–6 business days depending on your location. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

We ship within the United States, excluding APO, FPO, and Puerto Rico addresses. Express and overnight shipping options are currently unavailable.

Shipment method
Our standard method of parcel delivery is ground shipping. While USPS is commonly used, we reserve the right to ship orders using the carrier we determine to be most appropriate at the time of fulfillment. We are unable to guarantee a specific carrier.

Shipment origin
Most items ship from Pennsylvania. Made-to-order items may require additional processing time and may ship directly from our vendors.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Shipping Damage or Loss

Rebel Minerals LLC is not responsible for items that are damaged, lost, stolen, or opened in transit once they have been handed over to a third-party carrier. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim, including any applicable insurance claims.


International Shipping Policy

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

International orders may also include a variable handling fee to account for additional packaging requirements, carrier surcharges, and other costs associated with international fulfillment.

Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs charges or import fees are not eligible for a refund of shipping or handling charges. Any return shipping costs incurred as a result of refused or unpaid customs deliveries are the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from any applicable refund.
